I've only been to it once and the staff and the pharmacist showed professionalism in assisting me with my visit to the pharmacy

I'm only giving five stars to Walgreens at Linwood and prospect because of one individual which is the nicest most caring pharmacist I would say in the world I have been going to Walgreens for over 20 years maybe a little less but my point is he has been there his attitude is great he always try to help even if it's not part of a pharmacist job he tries to help you understand your prescription if you don't understand what medication you're getting. I just think he's the greatest and he should be the CEO and he could also train a lot of Walgreens employees about REAL Customer Service. He is very careful making sure your prescription are correct, believe it I have had a pharmacist at Walgreens at Linwood and prospect give me the wrong meds and not the amount my doctor told them to fill. This kind person/pharmacist name is Peyton he is a wonderful wonderful caring pharmacist and this is the only reason I'm giving five stars to the Walgreens on Linwood and prospect the stars or for Peyton. The Walgreens Pharmacy at Independence Ave has expanded its building and now has a full service pharmacy with a drive up window. The store is also expanded and now provides many healthcare needs. The Walgreens at 2301 Holmes at University Health Truman Medical Center is purely a pharmacy only with a high demand on prescription medicine. Please, patients, tolerance, and congeniality are the best attributes here as the staff is rushed every minute of every day and must service the endless line of customers daily! And they do it with a caring smile ☺, Need to get educated about your medicine? This is the place that takes the time to answer your questions and makes sure you are well! IT'S CALLED ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY, EMPATHY WITH CONGENIALITY.

This pharmacy, if you can call it that should be sued! Don’t even bother to call and try to talk to someone because after 45 minutes you will still be on hold! And then, you will get someone who won’t know a thing or wasn’t in the store when someone else told you that the prescription would be ready on Tuesday, and now it’s Friday, and it isn’t! If you are out of meds, don’t worry because you can call another Walgreen’s to see if they have the meds that they can transfer over to the one where your meds are sometimes filled! And by the way, don’t forget to check with Medicare to see if they have changed your meds to generic or the prescription still won’t get filled…what a joke! Can I change my rating to 0… that would be more appropriate than 1?

Place was closed when google listed them as open, I understand we were in the middle of a blizzard but these stores should work with google to let them know they are closing that way people don’t drive all the way there during a blizzard just to find them closed.
