Yesterday, after having a tooth extraction, I went to the pharmacy to pick up the pain medication prescribed by my doctor. Unfortunately, the staff member at the register seemed untrained and unsure of how to help me. I had just come from the dentist, was feeling weak, and could barely stand, yet I had to wait around 30 minutes before another associate finally assisted me.Even after that, I was told my prescription would take about an hour to prepare. As I walked back to my car, I felt extremely nauseous and barely made it home. I truly respect the hard work your staff does, but I kindly suggest ensuring that well-trained team members are always available at the pharmacy counter so that customers — especially those not feeling well — don’t face unnecessary delays.

Over 6 years, I've had my RX filled here and will continue as long as I have RX to fill. Never a problem, exceptional service. They always ask if I have any changes since I've taken the medications, if taken as prescribed and / or would i like to speak with a pharmacist. Close to the time for refills (over 4 yrs don't have to walk in anymore), they always call me as a reminder for refill, let me know, and do contact Dr. for approval when required. All are delivered as usual 2-3 days early, and some refills were for 2/3 month supply. Keep up the good work

It was great! Took my mom to get the flu shot and they were wonderful. Also props to the guy for knowing Spanish, well good enough Spanish.

This specialty pharmacy is so convenient and helpful. They take plenty of time to make sure you understand everything. They go over all of your insurance, prescription, and health questions and concerns. The folks that work here really care enough to get to know their patients.

My review is changing because I have been waiting for 3 prescriptions for over a month. The only only excuse is that they are waiting for the prescriber to respond. I just don't understand. This has been happening quite a bit lately.
