As soon as I approached the pharmacy counter (it was 8 PM) I was greeted by an attendant. I had a somewhat complicated situation because my insurance company has not started covering my prescriptions. The person assisting me understood perfectly and allowed me to purchase an amount of medication that I could afford at the time. The service was very quick--much quicker than at another pharmacy (not a branch of CVS). Consequently, I will continue to have my medications supplied at CVS.

This CVS Pharmacy has a five star team—courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The lead pharmacist is exceptional.

The pharmacy at this location is absolutely horrible. Seasonal allergies are a major thing in Vegas. Yet since moving back here from LA to Vegas, I haven't had to deal with them til now. And I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the yt lady with glasses who scanned my ID multiple times flagging my ID AND prohibiting me from getting zyrtec-D behind the counter. She blamed it on the system software issue and made no attempts to contact corporate, management, nothing. Why be in customer service if you aren't able to go through the process of contacting whoever needs to be contacted? If you can't help me, there's always a way to get the help on the backend even if a lawyer needs to be brought in to the conversation. Trust me I will be exploring all avenues to make sure she is dealt with especially since I recorded all of the interactions. DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS!

Absolutely the WORST. My son's insulin was ready to be picked up (for those that don't know, insulin is a life saving drug for diabetics, apparently they don't know that) and I headed there after work, I walked up at 6:01pm and they told me they were closed and to go elsewhere. I said I need my son's insulin! They said sorry, we'll be open tomorrow, and another girl referred me to a CVS that I could go to, only to find out THAT ONE CLOSED AT 5PM!! I'll have all of my sons prescriptions transferred to Walgreens or another pharmacy. I know they don't care about losing my business, no corporation ever does. I just want consumers to know, they don't even care about YOU, or making sure people are healthy!

Had a dilemma at my normal CVS location because they did not have the prescription that I needed in a hurry. I had to find a CVS pharmacy location that did. Went to the Sahara location and was met with smiles, a willingness to help with my dilemma, along with excellent customer service. CVS hires quality people that have a genuine desire to help with all of your questions and prescription needs. Thank you CVS.
