The guy at the register that helped me with my exchange was very knowledgeable and helpful. But the other employees were just standing around and couldn't be less interested in helping anyone or clearing up the seasonal section, the aisles were cluttered, the seasonal items were ready to be switched, but noone was doing it.. The pharmacist was also very helpful..

the people that work there are always nice and friendly and helpful but there really needs to be more staff scheduled because they’re always backed up and it takes a long time to get prescriptions filled

I have been greatly helped by the pharmacist Dr Omar and Angelica one of the pharmacy techs at the CVS in target. Having a delivery service would definitely be an addition to the current exemplary customer service skills and for this patient, advocacy

I went to this pharmacy to pick up my prescription, but they told me my insurance wasn’t active — which was completely false. I immediately called my insurance company, and they confirmed that my coverage was active and that all my information was correct, despite whatever the pharmacy’s system was showing. The insurance company also verified that the pharmacy hadn’t even submitted any claims. When my insurance tried calling the pharmacy directly to sort things out, no one answered the phone. I ended up waiting for over an hour while the two employees who were “helping” me acted rude, nonchalant, and unwilling to cooperate with either me or the insurance company. To make things worse, I could hear them making fun of my situation, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I left without my prescription and without any resolution. If you value your time, patience, and basic respect, I strongly recommend going to another pharmacy.
