Zero stars. Avoid this pharmacy and specifically Dianna due to hostile, appalling behavior. Today (06/09/2026) at 6:15 PM, I called to transfer my prescriptions from CVS to use my Nevada Health Plan HMO in-network benefits. On our first call, Dianna agreed to initiate the transfer. I then called CVS, where the pharmacist advised me to call my insurance provider tomorrow morning since they closed at 5:00 PM. Being responsible, I immediately called Smith's back to update Dianna so her team wouldn't waste time making unnecessary calls tonight. Instead of appreciating the update, Dianna became aggressively hostile and belittling. She snapped word-for-word: "You are staying over there at CVS and we are not doing any back and forth." It is disgusting for a pharmacy employee to unilaterally deny a patient care and bark orders simply for providing a status update. Her lazy, insulting attitude is a massive liability. Management must pull the phone logs from June 9, 2026, at 6:15 PM and take immediate disciplinary action against Dianna. I am taking my business to Walgreens and filing a formal corporate complaint with Kroger.

I always come here, no matter how far I am. Best store, you go and everyone is smiling, The men were the shampoo is so friendly, he helps you when you need help. Go get your funny pumpkins 2025. I couldn't stop laughing. Want to 🎰 play the machines, they have that, US Bank, want to send money too. I posted the picture of the car because it matches the pumpkins.

These folks are great! Would recommend smiths pharmacy NEVER EVER go to walgreens! It took them a month to fill a prescription for me and it's my anxiety/depression medication.

I recently visited Smiths Pharmacy with high hopes, based on the positive feedback I had heard. However, my personal experience was incredibly disappointing, and I regretfully cannot recommend their services. I encountered a severe lack of sympathy towards customers, which left me feeling disheartened and unsupported. From the moment I entered the pharmacy, I sensed an air of indifference and disregard. The staff's attitude towards me was far from accommodating, and they spoke to me in a condescending manner that made me feel belittled. This behavior was the final straw for me, as I believe every customer should be treated with empathy and respect. As someone who relies on pharmacies for assistance and guidance, I expected a higher level of professionalism and compassion. Unfortunately, Smiths Pharmacy fell short in this regard. The lack of sympathy towards their customers was evident throughout my entire interaction, leaving me feeling unheard and helpless. Given this experience, I have decided not to return to Smiths Pharmacy, and I would encourage other customers to explore services offered by larger companies where they may find more attentive and compassionate staff. It is disheartening to find myself without a reliable pharmacy to turn to, but I believe there are better options available for those in need of assistance. In conclusion, my one-star rating reflects my disappointment with Smiths Pharmacy's lack of sympathy towards their customers. It is crucial for any service-oriented business to prioritize customer support and treat individuals with kindness and understanding. Unfortunately, this was not my experience, and I hope that Smiths Pharmacy takes this feedback constructively to improve their customer service approach in the future.

Best grocery store in the area. Definitely best prices on all of your needs. And I have been using this store's pharmacy for about 7 years. I wouldn't dream of having any other pharmacist fill me or my husband's prescriptions no one other than Derrick or Chong. They are more intelligent than most doctors.
