Kinda ghetto location. Had to leave my bag at the register... Had what I was looking for (cold medicine). Then had to wait forever in line to pay for my purchase... It's always like that everytime I've ever been here.

Worst customer service possible. Called to try and get update on refills for a patient and was on hold for 15 minutes then someone took me off hold and immediately hung up. Called again and the same thing happened. On my third call and now on hold for 20 minutes. Not to mention the automated voice comes on EVERY 20 SECONDS saying "We're sorry for the wait our staff is answering other calls" If I could leave 0 stars I would. They make it impossible to assist my patients. You'd receive better service at an abandoned K Mart

The Pharmacy staff are the worst. Very unprofessional. Dont go there at 1pm. Their lunch is at 1:30. But, slow way down and or they dont come to the window at 1pm. It seems like they take more than the half hour lunch. I know I've experienced it several times.

This Pharmacy use to be open at 7am. Now they open late 9 am and I am still waiting on my medications. 😤

All the pharmacy staff are wonderful, even though they're running crazy, they take each customers medication concerns on a personable level making sure the customer/patient are truly healthy and safe. Thank you!
