Sai was so friendly and helpful. He took my call and really listened to my situation, stayed on the phone with me for 15 minutes and truly cared about getting my prescription filled. He was patient and respectful and made something that could’ve been really difficult stress-free and actually super pleasant! His Customer-service was above and beyond. I will be using Highland pharmacy moving forward because of this wonderful experience with this wonderful staff!

Picked up my meds there yesterday and was impressed with the service! The communication was awesome beforehand letting me know about the timeframe to fill and when to pick up. The drive thru was easy and the tech who helped me was awesome! She was friendly and fast and asked if had any questions and answered my non pharmacist ones quickly and friendly. Thank you Highland Pharmacy!

Don't use them! The staff is nice enough, but they are quite incompetent and terrible with communication. I called to ask for a refill on a time sensitive medication that requires refrigeration. I was told that the medication could not be filled because it was too soon. I was going on vacation, so I decided to just wait until I got back to fill the prescription. Without notifying me (no phone call or text, no email, nothing) they proceeded with refilling the medication the next day. When they notified me of this several days later I was gone on vacation and could not come to pick up the medication. When I came to pick it up today they had not refrigerated the medication at all. It was room temp because it had obviously been sitting out for over a week since they received it. It is a very expensive medication and I know from previous experience that it will loose its efficacy more quickly now due to their failure to handle it properly. Luckily this is a dermatological medication and not something vital to me for survival. But imagine if it was? I DO NOT recommend using them. I was not the only person present with an issue. The man in front of me told me they had ordered the wrong medication. He had picked it up thinking it was the right one and now they were refusing to take it back or do anything to remedy the situation even though it was their mistake. On top of this the staff member was lying to me about the medication storage and refused to listen when I expressed my concerns over their obvious mistake. He did finally apologize at the end of the conversation, but only after I explicitly told him that this was a mistake on their part and it was ridiculous that they were refusing to admit it. VERY BAD BUSINESS!

Very nice people took in consideration somebody broke into our car after we left the pharmacy and took my prescription. I had let them know what happened and they gave me a 50% discount on my next one which was very kind of them very fast service I will recommend to friends and family.

My first interaction with this Pharmacy over the phone was very positive. The person answering gave me all the information I needed to have my compounded prescription filled properly. But filling the prescription was a totally different story. My doctor faxed the prescription over and they repeatedly told me they hadn't received it. He then we faxed and re-faxed it. Finally, 16 days later, I had to walk the Rx in to get it filled. When they checked their system, my Rx had been entered 5 days prior but they never contacted me. This whole ordeal caused a lot of frustration and time wasted by both my doctor and I.
