Went shopping for some essentials at the self checkout. I forgot to scan a box of variety chips but when i showed my receipt walking out the security guard Roxanne said i didn’t pay for not only that item but four others. which was a lie. The sad part is i had to fight for my items she took that i paid for and still refused to give me the xmas cookies that said 12.99 but rang up to 6.49 as it says on my receipt 🧾 and i saved 6.50 and since they weren’t on sale she kept them. I reported her and i will never shop at my neighborhood smiths again including the 49 people in my family there’s always Albertsons and Walmart unless she is removed i will not return or my family. I’m very upset i was asked to leave and that all the store people sided with a corrupt person who supposed to protect not steal.

Worst pharmacy ever in the world did not want to fill my prescription Don't know the reason why they gave me hell I had to fight with them for over 2 hours and they finally gave it to me cuz they had to cuz my insurance already paid for it and they said it was ready so all I got to say about them is do not go there do not shop there You're not feel your prescriptions there cuz they will give you hell if you are Hispanic

First of all nobody answers the phone. I finally got through and ordered chicken. The chicken was overcooked. The skin was so dry and crumbly and the chicken was dry. Do not order from them. Customer service is horrible!

😱 had a terrible experience. My family been going there years. Between today and many other times.often when they treated my uncle very bad. He will never go there again. I see why. I might just do the same

Horrible place to shop never have the right amount of lanes open and the have a machine to tell you that. Have 1 line open everyday during peak evening rush and no customer service I hate that there is no where closer to shop and its been this way for years cutting corners it's really really sad.
