The pharmacist and staff were extremely rude and judgmental when I tried to fill my narcotic prescription. They made me feel awful, like I was doing something wrong just for needing my medication. I will never return to this pharmacy and want to warn others—if you have any narcotics to fill, go to a different location. You deserve to be treated with respect, not made to feel like garbage.I hate that I even have to give them one star. I moved from there a few months ago and the other Smith's pharmacy are so kind and professional. They know how to treat their customers with dignity and respect.

I have been having massive issues with a prescription. How come pharmacy employees didn't confirm the script from the doctor? They do make mistakes! Customer service at this location never HELP me. If you go into the health field, do it to help people, that is your job. (10 day scripts are so uncommon that you should have confirmed it wasnt a mistake, and you had time since you got it in April!)

I had a fantastic experience at the pharmacy in this grocery store! The pharmacists and tech was not only incredibly kind but also very professional. They took the time to answer all my questions with patience and filled my prescription as quickly as they could. Their warm, thoughtful service made me feel truly valued.

Grouchy pharmacists laugh and talking to each other while people are waiting for vaccines. They used to be so nice. This pharmacy is worse than Walgreens

I went to the Louisiana store to set up my new pharmacy there. I was going to move my mom there as well. I got up to the window but I wasn’t sure if she was talking to me because she was looking somewhere else in the pharmacy. I said I’m sorry I’m not sure if you’re talking to me. Then she got very rude and if looks can kill, she was glaring at me. I tried smiling and joking a little bit, trying to make her smile, but she just sat there and glared at me. At that point is when I got upset and told her, you know what, never mind, I will take my business and my moms elsewhere. I have a hard time dealing with people who are downright rude. If you can’t deal with the public especially to people who are being nice to you, You need to find another job. All it takes is one employee to ruin it for the company they work for.
