My cousin and I go into the store to buy a few OTC items, for some reason software engineers are failing us all, and their system wigged out, frustrating everyone. But Levi knew how to provide actual customer service. Something the world has seemed to forget these days. Maybe it’s the overworked schedule with compensation that doesn’t match the cost of living. I don’t know, a small theory. Levi didn’t have to go out of his way with his employment position, but he chose to and scan each OTC item for one transaction a piece so it would go through and I was able to leave with the majority of the items I wanted. He wanted to make sure I wasn’t rushed and could get them with his know how. This kid with a good head on his shoulders and respect for his fellow human is going to get him far. Watch. I’m sure of it. Rare and valuable. Priceless, you may say.

I came to the Walgreens on Central and Rio Grande for a quick purchase and when I got to the register I had to wait like 7 minutes because Adriana, the cashier, started doing other things when she could have charged me first and then do the next thing. There were no other customers behind me. She needs to take a customer service class; she needs to learn that the customer is priority.

Bought squishy bears for Valentines Day gifts. Each box should have 12. One box did have 12. The other box had a total of 7. 😔

The gentleman was very friendly and polite he offered to help me find me shopping cart so I was able to buy more groceries thanks to him.

I used to love this pharmacy. It was always a pleasant interaction with my medications always being on time and there for pick up. NOW some attendant (on repeat) is always saying my medication is “missing or it wasn’t sent” OR “come back in 10” and you have to wait an hour and a half for your medication. ZERO STARS, GET IT TOGETHER.
