One of the worst managed stores I've ever been to. No one was at the main checkout counter, so I went to the liquor department. There was a line, so I got in back. And waited and waited. Finally, the person in front of me got to the counter and told the checkout clerk that she needed photos, so the clerk just left with her, with me standing there like a fool. I asked if anyone wanted to ring me up, and she just said "I'll be back". I was tempted to just walk out with the items, figuring if they didn't want to sell them to me they must be free. But I was nice and just left them on the counter and told them how terrible their service was on the way out the door. I will never buy anything at this Walgreens ever again, and I strongly recommend that you avoid it as well. They've been closing a lot of them lately. Based on my experience they should fire everyone here and close it as well.

They literally gave me confirmation that it would be ready next day KNOWING I took an uber there. An hour after I got home I get the call that its ready. They have no care for others at this place, their rude, and they just dont wana be there.

Was told by another Walgreens who was taking several days to get my RX in stock and then delivered that I had to 'call other stores myself to see if they can fill them'. This store is same rudeness as the other, hold music, pickup (without saying anything), hold music..infinite. Find a better place for your medication even if you have to drive on the other side of town. It will still be faster. Notice how none of these Walgreens reviews from any stores get responses from their staff?

THE FEMALE PHARMACY MANAGER: "Than-Nga" who works at Walgreens on San Mateo and Montgomery is the meanest, most disrespectful human being I have ever met...ALWAYS VERY RUDE, every time I talk to her. I feel that this woman needs to find another job. She does not like people obviously and is not happy there. I wish management would take the initiative to speak with her about how she treats the customers and staff. Some of the staff have told me they find it very hard to work with her, I feel so sorry for them. (Than-Nga, the woman from hell)

Pharmacy consistenly leaves customers on hold on the phone for 20+ minutes. I've been on hold for over an hour before hanging up. They do not apologize for wait times and often sound annoyed when answering the phone. Manager refuses to hold them accountable. This store is a joke.
