I just got hung up while calling to ask about my prescription... This is the second time this has happened at this location! They've also given me the wrong medication. Do not recommend on account of unwarranted rudeness and lack of reliability in filling prescriptions correctly. Avoid this location at all costs!

Pharmacy Temporarily closed but doesnt list on website and they didnt sent my prescription to another pharmacy, they called me today to pick it up. Now its stuck in ready to pickup at this location and customer service cant help me because you guys havent told anyone at corporate that the pharmacy is Temporarily closed.

No point in ordering your prescriptions online ahead of time. They won’t have them ready. Will tell you it’s a 20 minute wait on top of what you already waited in line when you planned ahead.

I tried to get antibiotics filled here for my sick daughter. The antibiotics were sent by the ER and when I came to pick up about an hour later they had no record of the Rx being sent despite paperwork from UNM showing the Rx as sent to this pharmacy. The Rx was verified and I was told to please wait about another hour. I heard nothing so drove over about an hour and a half later. The pharmacy now tells me the prescription is not available at all but could check other stores. I was very disappointed by this entire situation and it led to a delay in treating an acute infection.

I was scheduled for a COVID shot appointment today at 3:15. 1 1/2 hrs after my appointment time, I went to the Consultation window to ask how much longer it would be. 3 men behind the counter ignored me. Finally, 1 man said the pharmacist was just getting the shot ready - 1 1/2 hrs after my appointment. Terrible customer service
