If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I have been trying for days to get an antibiotic prescription for mastitis, which is extremely painful and requires prompt treatment. Instead of filling it here, the prescription was somehow sent to a different location. Now I’m being told they cannot send it back to this pharmacy, leaving me stuck in the middle while actively sick. I have attempted to pick up my medication five separate times, only to be told there’s nothing they can do. No solutions, no urgency, and no accountability. This is a serious infection, not a minor inconvenience, and the lack of coordination and basic problem-solving is unacceptable. Patients should not have to chase down essential medication while in pain. The pharmacy staff need to improve communication between locations and take patient care more seriously. Extremely frustrating experience and completely unacceptable when someone is trying to get treatment for an active infection.

Always in and out and the staff is really nice.

This used to be my favorite Walgreens pharmacy. Not anymore. The newer pharmacist Elayne is not good with people. I have numerous complicated health issues. My team of doctors and I have diligently worked to figure out the best pharmaceutical approach. All while weighing the pros and cons of each medication. As well as how the medications interact overall. I have not had a change to my medications in awhile. When I picked up my prescriptions I was shamed by Elayne for them. Constant judgy looks etc.. All while she was making many many incorrect and inappropriate assumptions.

This was my favorite pharmacy until I had the most unfriendly experience with the head pharmacist 👩‍⚕️, save yourself the trouble of rude people that are just there collecting a paycheck. Come on! Walgreens pharmacy I thought you were better than that.
