This pharmacy does what it wants. My nephew has seizures and is always a week late on getting his meds and always excuses that they are closed for some odd reason which isn't due to anything else but lack of employees wanting to work. Same think with my mother she was called to get her meds on Monday, only got half of her meds and they told her it would be done by Tuesday morning, my mom went over there again and for some reason staff transfered my mom's meds to another Walgreens without her consent. Then she told them to fill them they said they will have it done by Wednesday. She got a call that they were ready. Today is Wednesday they were closed from 11am to 2pm. When my mom went at 2:15pm they said they weren't ready. Saying they were closed at 11am to 2pm. That it should be done by the end of the day. I made my mom switch to Walmart pharmacy because they are very unprofessional and the lack of urgency of needing those meds are not met. No communication, nothing. Would give this pharmacy and the Walgreens store a 0 if I could.

This pharmacy is terrible! They’ll tell you on the phone that your prescription is “ready for pickup”, and then when you show up they either have no clue what you’re talking about, or they tell you they don’t have the medicine in stock, or they have it in stock but need “a few minutes” (aka 30-45 minutes) to fill it. I’ve had this exact experience there now 4 times in a row. Expect to wait 20 minutes before one of the three pharmacists on staff even glances your way. This place is very poorly managed and the pharmacists are never willing to take responsibility for the things said by their colleagues during other shifts. I also don’t think these pharmacists are well trained. One of them told me two different drugs I was prescribed were “basically the same” when they were not at all. I have had nothing but terrible experiences at this place. On top of all of that the store itself is unpleasant. Everything is locked up, they don’t have enough people on staff, and the parking lot is complete chaos. Don’t go here.

I went to request a prescription, and at first they couldn’t find it in the system. Now that they finally located it, they’re just starting to fill it. I’ve been waiting for more than 30 minutes, even though there’s no line. I find this really inconsiderate toward the patient.( nov 12 , 2025) 6:00 pm
