Been waiting on a life saving medication for 3 days now, every day it will be in at x time tomorrow, just show up and we'll have it. They have refused to just transfer it.

You would think it wouldn't be that hard to put the same 30 pills of a non controlled prescription into a bottle at the same time each month, but I guess the staff here would beg to differ. They have failed to fill my prescription on time every month for the past three months. I've even tried switching locations. It's the same regardless. Idk if it's the company or the people, but I'm done with walgreens. Go out of business.

Personable staff, quick service, no wait, and they sorted out my insurance mess with grace. Pretty satisfied with coming here. On an unrelated note, this is probably the largest Walgreens I have ever seen.

Horrible customer service! Important medication needed for dialysis patient. Dr. called in medication to pick up same day. They never called I had to call them. They gave me different reasons why they COULDNT fill it and said it would take 5 days to fill. I told the tech that a life was in danger and she said "sorry its out my control". Frustrated I hung up and called back and asked to speak to the Pharmacist directly and was told it was not covered by insurance and needed to pay out of pocket. Not a problem sometimes this happens. I love Walgreens. I have used for 10+ years This Montgomery location not my regular store and I had to use as they were the only store who had this instock. This is the first and last time I use this location.

Yesterday, was feeling badly when I went to go pick up my prescriptions. I accidentally got in the wrong lane for pickup. I've never been to this pharmacy before besides the drop off. There were 3 cars in the other lane and I had waited for a while already. The girl at pharmacy window Literally yelled "NO!!" When I asked would she mind serving me there just once. Even if she wasn't able to, I do not tolerate anyone anywhere snapping at me. I will never go back to that Walgreens again. And I would not recommend it.
