This is the worst Walgreens I have been in my entire life. The staff are extremely rude and lack the training to complete their job appropriately. They almo never answer the phone. And when they do, I’m usually on hold for 20–40 minutes with intermittent ringing and someone picking up and putting it back on hold without saying anything.sometimes they just pick it up and then hang up the phone. When they do finally pick up, they can Never find the prescription I’m calling in regards to. When I call another pharmacy, they find the prescription with no problem, but can’t fill it because it’s at the lomas location. Walgreens , Please train your staff to be able to look up a prescription in the computer.

Would like to leave no stars. My wife and I were scheduled to get our shingles shots this morning, we've been getting emails and texts everyday reminding us including yesterday. We get there today and the pharmacist says we ran out of those shots yesterday would you like to reschedule? In response I mentioned that we were getting texts last night reminding us of our appointment and yet no one could call and say we're sorry we're out of the shingles vaccine so as we don't have to waste our time going over there. Staff always very incompetent, we quit getting our prescriptions filled there a few years ago and should have went elsewhere for our shot. Lessons learned

Pharmacy is never open within what are supposed to be its open hours - do not use this pharmacy. Walgreens should be ashamed of itself - increase your pay to better staff up!

Incompetent staff. They close before they’re supposed to. They never have my medications available. If they do, they’ll only have one of my prescriptions, never are they available at the same time. It is infinitely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used in my life (and I’ve lived in 7 states). Complete incompetence by the staff.

Walked in yesterday to pick up a couple quick things. To my disbelief, there was a homeless person in the parking lot bleeding everywhere and another one passed out inside the store. This store has really gone downhill.
