Had to go without pain medication after surgery for an entire night—the worst night of my life. We went to pick up the medication after 6pm, but apparently the safe was already closed. This wasn’t the first or last time this has happened. There is always an excuse if you go after 6pm, they won’t have your medication ready until the next day or day after. We’ve even submitted our refills through the app, but that’s a waste of time because they’re never ready anyway. These people have absolutely NO consideration for your immediate needs. Don’t waste your time.

Never had any issues here. I've recently moved to Albuquerque and I enjoy this Walgreens never made me feel uncomfortable and the staff is very friendly. The only thing would be that everything is locked up but I don't blame them at all it's for everyone's safety.

A family member had to go cold turkey off a antidepressant. Which is extremely dangerous because these people refuse to have this medicine on hand because "not very many of their patients take it". I also order medications through the app or have it on automatic refill . They never get filled. WHATS GOING ON

They will push out the amount of time it takes for your prescription to be ready every single time you go until you are absolutely out of your medication then all of the sudden they have it ready to go. God luck trying to call because they will keep you on hold for an hour and say two people are ahead of you but when it’s your turn the hold music stops and it rings then they HANG UP THE PHONE and you have to start all over again for the exact same thing to happen. I sick of this place! IT SUCKS!!! I’m switching pharmacies the second my insurance gives me the ok.

They are pharmacies are usually open late till about 10 PM. So if you’re going to urgent care after work, you can most likely get your prescriptions right after. The staff can be however, hit or miss at that time of day.
