This is for the pharmacy and customers with private insurance. If you pick up a prescription and they ask you if you want the (90) day supply, tell them NO! Next prescription that has more than a thirty day supply they will automatically charge you all three and give you three months worth. In my case, my Dr prescribed me a nasal spray and gave me two additional refills so they automatically charged me the $32 for three when one would have only been $10.60. Mind you, my issue was not seasonal allergies it was a sinus infection so what would I do with three fills at once. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! 😡

The people working at this pharmacy are incompetent. Diabetes medication is set for auto refill. Medication is always late. They don't understand that a diabetic can not be without medication. Completely dissatisfied with this pharmacy. No one was able to resolve my issue.

I have always been treated Well at this Walgreens. But my recent experience was great With a certain young lady. I observed her name tag (Santana) and she was working at the makeup counter. I had come in on a Saturday a little past six to pick up a prescription for my daughter. I didn't realize it was closed early. So i proceeded to ask her if they normally close at that time. She called and asked her manager and confirmed that those were the normal business hours. I was a little frustrated because my daughter needed the prescription. She them suggested I call the 24 hour Walgreens and have them transfer it over to them. Genius! I would have never thought of that myself. I was not aware that that could be done. So I thanked her and I called them and what do you know, I was able to pick up her medicine that same night. Thank you Santana you are a great asset to Walgreens. I feel like you went above and beyond and deserve some positive recognition. Thanks again.

The pharmacist is unprofessional. I feel like he was flirting with the young female who was running the register. So he had a show to put on. Instead of consulting me he shouted some questions about my doctor to her. When she didn't want to ask me his questions he comes over and talks to me sharply like I've done something wrong. He asks if one doctor even knows about what the other prescribed. I said that doctor is one in the same. He says "that's fair" and hand waves me off. There were medication interactions he was worried about but I had to call him back to make him explain it to me. What a jerk. I attached the necessary papers to report him. It's findable online.

This Walgreens has THE WORST customer service of any Walgreens I've ever been to. They call you to say your prescription is ready, then when you get there they say it'll be ready in 2 hours. I'm sorry, but I've already planned my visit to the pharmacy around my busy schedule and I've got to go to work. They don't care about customers. Once I was asked to come inside and wait because it would be faster, which makes no sense at all. I only go to this location because it's less than a mile from my house.
