The staff is very unprofessional. They gave me the wrong information about a vital medication that my mom needs they have had us waiting two weeks on a prescription. The nurse practitioner has sent the order over and over and over I get to the pharmacy for them just to tell me they don’t have the quantity available. They just sold it to someone before me because they couldn’t put it on hold, but I’ve been waiting for it for two weeks

For months they continue to reroute my prescription to the new location off of Kenilworth when my doctor specifically sends it to the Blythe Blvd location. This was suppose to have been resolved, but it was not. They do not take responsibility for their inability to conduct business in an honest manner with effective communication. My doctor has their correct address on file and has confirmed that on more than one occasion. Recently, a prescription of mine was filled, yet it sat there for three days and no one bothered to call me. I had to call on my only day off to learn that they no longer had my number on file. When I complained of poor service, they talked over me, got rude and spoke with prejudiced in their remarks as they pointed the finger at both me and my doctor for creating a poor experience. Take your money elsewhere!

This pharmacy is awful. The only reason I've stayed with them is because my son sees the oncologist upstairs in the same building and the medications he's on is difficult to get at a regular pharmacy. But its still difficult to get the medications at this pharmacy! You would think since the doctor is right upstairs things would be smooth but half the time they don't see the prescription order so I end up waiting. And the half of the time they don't communicate with me about the prescription. I live 30 minutes away from this pharmacy and I'm always making extra trips to pick up medicine that's not ready. And when I do call to ask anything the people are always extremely rude. If I could give zero stars I would. And the fact that no one is replying to these bad reviews on Google should tell you they do not care to try and improve their system or customer service.

I use to have some difficulty/confusion with my insurance and getting some of my meds on time from the pharmacy but there are a few special people working there. One of them for sure is Courtney. She is a very polite, professional, and hard worker for the pharmacy. She Always greets me with a smile, organizes my med orders and handles any issue that I may have. I truly appreciate her hard work.

🤔🤔 Majority of the negative reviews left isn't over exaggerated. Customer service is questionable, and so is the productivity of the staff workers. You'll tend to have more bad encounters than you will good. No one forces these people work here 💯💯
