Where has capsule been all my life? My medications are cheaper than a typical pharmacy, timely delivery and always available which is usually the issue. Their constant communication through the app is super helpful and their willingness to accommodate your needs in terms of delivery or pick up and other logistics is always above and beyond. Thank you capsule!

Only putting one star because I have to. My husband was promised his prescription and then at the last minute it was canceled for no reason and with no explanation. If they wouldn’t have promised it initially would have been better. Just a waste of time since he was only in town for a week. Don’t use Capsule Pharmacy. They are extremely unreliable!

Capsule is not only convenient due to the delivery options and texting communications, but the pharmacists and customer service teams seem to genuinely care about their customers. They consistently go above and beyond to keep me informed, work with me during shortages, and make sure my doctors and I know if anything is needed to solve any issues that arise with insurance. I will never use a "traditional" pharmacy again.

Had my first delivery from Capsule today. Excellent service, driver arrived a few minutes early and observed all Covid protocols. All prescriptions were transferred seamlessly from my previous pharmacy. No difference in price. Free delivery. No tips accepted. What could be better?? Even got a lovely bag with stickers and information about Capsule. Highly recommended!!!!

There is no way these reviews are real when this is the worst pharmacy I have dealt with. I has my scripts sent to this pharmacy weeks ago. I am immobile so I have been attempting to call and confirm receipt of them (the website shows one when I sent three) however, no one answers the phone or the chats. I can honestly say I have been calling them since I sent the scripts and they do not answer any methods. I am having my scripts sent to another pharmacy and I will never deal with this pharmacy again.
