I had an extremely disappointing experience with the CVS Pharmacy at Metropolitan in Charlotte. The pharmacy consistently has long wait times, and getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible. Prescriptions that should be straightforward often take much longer than expected, and communication regarding delays is poor. On several occasions, I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a customer. Customer service is lacking, and there seems to be a constant issue with organization and efficiency. When you’re dealing with medications and your health, reliability and professionalism are essential, and unfortunately this location falls far short of expectations. I understand pharmacies can be busy, but the repeated delays, lack of communication, and overall poor customer experience have made this one of the most frustrating pharmacy locations I have ever used. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere and would not recommend this location to others.

Something has happened to this pharmacy. I previously left a five star review about this being the last remaining OK cvs pharmacy. I take it back, in the past month or two it has devolved into chaos, and nobody knows what they’re doing anymore. Back to the second-least-bad CVS I guess.

Had the unpleasant experience of dealing with staff we called Pharmacy Karen. We were there for vaccines. She was short, condescending, and very rude from the start. I gave her attitude right back to her and she ran like bullies usually do. She told us she was going to “get the pharmacist” in a tone like she was telling on us for something. Then we got to wait for quite a while. Finally got our shots and left but it was a ridiculously long time for an empty pharmacy. Done with this location.

Horrible. The pharmacist (young woman, black hair, crutches) believes if she was not the employee whom you spoke with on the phone (and was assured the prescription would be available on a certain date), that it is not her problem and, of course, absolutely the situation is not her fault and a simple insincere ‘sorry’ is good enough for the miscommunication. Unacceptable. You’re the pharmacist. Leadership comes from the top.

I have been with CVS a number of yrs.I never had a bad experience.I love all of the pharmacist.You all continue to keep up the good work. I am a value customer for life 😌
