CVS is needed back in center uptown Charlotte because the one on Graham Street is far out. Please CVS find a store in center uptown beside the epic center and brooklyn village

The staff were happy and knew exactly were things were located and they helped me maximize the use of all my CVS Coupns! Love that they are a national chain and that the merchandise floor plan is similar in other stores too. It seemed very familiar even though I wasn't shopping at my usual neighborhood CVS.

After waiting 20 minutes at the drive up window, when an employee finally showed up, he completely didn't listen to the name and date of birth I gave him at all, and spent another 10 minutes telling me there was nothing for me, then asked me to repeat by birth year. I did and he walked away, then came back six minutes later telling me there was still nothing for me, then repeated a name other than mine, and I repeated my name again, and he finally found the prescription. Just COMPLETE LACK OF SERVICE AND LISTENING!!!
