The pharmacy taking a lunch break at 1:30 is too late in the day and you don’t know until you are there. Additionally, it is extremely difficult to get an actual person from the pharmacy online—you are just constantly talking to an automated person. I do not recommend, as nothing about my experience with CVS pharmacy has been pleasant.

This place is managed like a Walmart. The pharmacist looked like he just finished drinking a 12 pack and camping. Not groomed. Wearing a T-shirt. Whatever happened to the professionalism of a lab coat

This has been the most ridiculous experience I've had at a CVS. do not go here for a prescription or to pick anything up. The staff at the front is nice, but God forbid you have a problem. They couldn't get my medication which happens sometimes and had to order it from the warehouse. They told me my inhaler (which is very common and which is something I need you know... to not die?) would be ready the next day and they apologized for any inconvenience. Now I'm usually a very nice person when it comes to customer service. I understand what these people go through and it's a lot. So I try to be super kind. I told them it's no problem and came back the next day to check on it. they told me it wouldn't be ready until 4 or 5. I told them that was fine. Keep in mind they close at 8: 00pm. I called about 6:30 just to check and see if my prescription was indeed there. that gave them plenty of time I thought. The phone system is messed up and you can only leave a voicemail and hope they call you back unless you click the I'm a doctor button then apparently you get right through to the pharmacy. Which is exactly what I did. Unfortunately I did not have time for them to just call me back a couple of hours before they close. I then talked to a man and he was the most ridiculously rude person in all of existence, in fact I envy those who have never talked to him. You know the type of man who needs to carry a plant with him to replace the oxygen he just wasted? Yeah, that's him. First of all, this man immediately started interrupting and acted extremely sexist. But I had to play nice because he was the key to me not dying the next night. I was as kind as I could be having to talk over him. He started back at the beginning trying to explain that I would have to wait till the warehouse brought it. I tried so hard to talk to this ignorant jerk nicely. I explained through countless interrupting that I had the exact thing happen yesterday, but apparently he was psychic because he knew exactly what the little woman needed before she did! I asked to have my prescription transferred to which he immediately interrupted (again) and put me on hold. He told me another CVS had the inhaler and already had everything they needed for me. He gave me their number and I thanked him. I was thrilled to get off the phone. But apparently this man is also incompetent as well as ignorant because he didn't cancel my prescription on my profile on his end. So I had to call him back. When I explained to him that he had to do this he acted like I was stupid and demanded to speak with the person I spoke to, then like the obvious misogynist he is, he asked me "ugh was it a woman?" I said yes and he immediately assumed she was beneath him. "She's probably one of my techs or something." I nearly started yelling but I kept my cool and asked yet again, explaining how to do his job this time, in detail. That all he has to do was go to my profile and cancel the fill. I admit, now I was showing my frustration a bit. Then he tells me okay. I'll call them and hangs up! The real kicker is it's getting really close to 8 now and this piece of work never called me back. So I rush to the other pharmacy (which I will be leaving a 5 star review on) and call them. They told me they had my medicine ready. They were super nice and told me they had a lot of issues with this pharmacy as well. It isn't my job to make this guy feel like a man, as he can't be something impossible for him. I just simply didn't have the patience nor the crayons to explain to him how to do his it correctly. Also of note, even though the bathroom here is locked (Presumably to keep it less messy) It is disgusting. Never go here. Go anywhere but here. They don't even have a drive through!

They went out of their way to rush my prescription
