I want to share some positive feedback regarding Andrea (Adrian) ? I'm not sure about her correct name but she works in the pharmacy department. She assisted me with my medication today and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Her helpfulness and dedication made a wonderful impression. I didn't know how it work with my work camp insurance / but she did such a great job Help me. Thanks again.

They have great prices, convenient hours, helpful staff, and can usually get out of stock prescriptions the next business day. I appreciate that they check multiple Rx discount programs (plus your insurance) to get you the lowest price possible. Aside from my no-cost Rx through insurance, Harris Teeter beats the Express Scripts copay on all of my other Rx! I've needed medications that were on backorder at multiple pharmacies without an ETA to fill my Rx, but Harris Teeter Pharmacy was able to order the medication and fill the Rx the next day. The staff is always friendly and the pharmacist Mitchell is very helpful.

Had a fine experience here up until today when one of the pharmacists was very short and unpleasant in her reply like it wasn't her job after I asked a simple question. Surprised by a pharmacist being that unhelpful

I have gone here a few times and normally it is great but today June 13th, it was not and I had to share. I was there at around 3:00-4:00pm. I went to pick up a prescription refill and when I got to the counter, after providing my information I asked the lady to make sure I had an easy opening lid on my bottle because I have neuropathy in my hands and feet, arms and legs. She assured it was fine and asked me about it. So I told her all about it. I paid for my prescription and thanked her. When I was walking away - I hadn’t even left the area, she and the pharmacist began laughing really loud. I don’t think people with obvious behavioral problems should work in a pharmacy. That’s like giving a loaded gun to a child. HT should do a better job vetting people who deal with medicines. Very scary.
