I recently had my passport photo processed at Walgreens, and the experience was excellent from start to finish thanks to Stephanie. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Stephanie explained the process clearly, ensured the photo met all passport requirements, and made everything feel seamless and stress-free. What could have been a quick, routine task turned into a genuinely pleasant experience because of her attention to detail and great customer service. I truly appreciated how smoothly everything went and would gladly return because of the service she provided.

This is truly an amazing pharmacy as the staff are always friendly & super helpful. I feel like to be their customer as they seriously always go above & beyond

How far this pharmacy has fallen. Used to be the best in CLT. I am now on my 3rd call this morning. They answer then I tell them what I need. They marked my meds as picked up after I asked for delivery. Then put me on hold for 20 minutes.

Best Walgreens in Charlotte. Always clean and well stocked. Never a long wait for checkout. Stephani and Aaron are very professional and they go above and beyond to help me with whatever I need.

The pharmacy staff is extremely rude. I mentioned that I’d been on hold for over 40 minutes just filling an Rx for my baby that the pediatrician had already sent. The woman named Kylee was short with me and then put me back on hold and left me there so I couldn’t take the customer service survey. We are switching to CVS.
