I witnessed a patient pass gas on someone else in the pharmacy today. Later, I went to pick up two prescriptions that had been called in together, but ended up waiting 45 minutes in the drive-through because only one was ready the first time through. It seems they prioritize five people inside for every car outside. The staff member assisting me seemed distracted by personal concerns rather than focusing on helping customers.

Even that the manager and another employee were there. Only one cashier, an elderly lady, was trying to reduce the line. This store doesn’t have a self cashier. In my case, I was searching some products that I couldn’t find. I looked for some assistance but there was no one to help me. I went back to see the lady but she was still fighting with the line of customers and I didn’t want to put her more pressure. After two attempts to get help with her, I decide to find the products by myself. When finally got them I went to the cashier and the line has 5 people waiting, until the elderly lady call, by the speakers of the store, the manager or the employee in charge, in order to get a supervisor code, to finish with a transaction that requires an authorization. Just at that moment two employees appeared, probably from some office because they were never on the floor with the clients, a man and a woman, who seeing the jam in the queue, set out to help. What were they doing, why weren't they there when they were needed? I don't know and I don't understand it, but as always the client is the injured party.

Me: “Hi, do you know roughly how much longer it’s going to be? My vaccine appointment was half an hour ago.” Them: “Technically we have all day to give it to you.”

Was able to walk in and get a Covid home test. You need an appointment for them to test you. Their website isn’t user friendly. They got my prescription done pretty faster.
