Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I chose to speak with a Spanish-speaking representative because it is easier for me to communicate in Spanish, but unfortunately, Andres was not helpful at all. From the very beginning of our conversation, his attitude felt negative and dismissive. Instead of trying to understand my situation and provide assistance, it seemed as though he had already decided not to help. I expected professionalism, empathy, and a willingness to resolve the issue, but my experience was quite the opposite. This interaction left me very disappointed with the level of customer service provided.

My medication was out of stock at my usual Walgreens. I used the Walgreens app to transfer my prescription to this store. It stated my order would be available 12/23 at 12 noon. I checked the app at12:30 the message said running late we’ll keep you updated. I continued to check every hour but there was no change in the status. The pharmacy was near closing so I called. I was told that this was a specialty pharmacy and they were never going to fill my prescription. I don’t understand why Walgreens list this location as an option and secondly why was I not notified by the store. The app continues to say “in progress”. I am traveling for the holidays and will have to miss a few dosages. This is a major inconvenience and I was unable to get anywhere with customer service. I was told there was no way for them to know the pharmacy’s supply. Why does the app offer the ability to get it sooner if you don’t even know they have it? I’m very disappointed.

Always a great experience when the staff is helpful and saves you money on prescriptions. I didn't have to wait that long, including the time it took to reduce the prescription cost. The only thing I wish was different was the lack of a drive-through, but overall it was a good experience.

My first time using Walgreens Specialty pharmacy in Charlotte NC but it was a positive experience. Cindy, specifically, went above and beyond and I can’t thank her enough.

Not one person that answers the phone knows what they are doing. It has taken me 2 weeks of calling and still don’t have my medication. Also they told me they were retrying my copay information but never did. Lied to me right over the phone
