I find that the pharmacy staff are amazing, they are very responsive on app messages and calls. Have been able to help me get medication for trips and last minute refills without issue. Super willing to work with you to find the best solution to any medication issues, and generally super polite and nice to interact with! Any issues I’ve had have been with the company or policy not the staff.

My experience with the Asian lady pharmacist at the counter was unacceptable. After handing me my medication, she asked if I had any questions. Since I had never taken this medication before and it was prescribed for a condition I’m not familiar with, I asked for clarification. Her response was, “Didn’t your doctor tell you?”—which was dismissive and unprofessional. If patients are invited to ask questions, they should not be met with attitude or made to feel like their concerns are invalid. Pharmacists are responsible for ensuring patients understand their medications, especially when something is new or being used in an unfamiliar way. That basic level of care was not provided here. This interaction lacked professionalism, respect, and proper patient support. I expect better communication and accountability from healthcare staff. Do better.

Ive never been treated so poorly in my life by people working in customer service. Two weeks ago I had gone to pick up my medicine and one of the ladies working told me that my medicine was at a different location, but that she could refill them for me so I could get them here. I left one medicine short, not realizing at the time but went back today to go pick up that medicine where I was talked to as if I was dumb and treated so awful I left the building hyperventilating and in tears. To sum up the story the lady told me that I did not have Sertraline to pick up and that I must be referring to the hydroxyzine or lexapro. As I explained to her that I was positive I had another antidepressant medicine she basically inferred I didn’t know what I was talking about. She finally had found the order for Sertraline and told me she could fill it, yet did not apologize for the way she was practically degrading me beforehand. It’s funny because she was the one who had forgotten to give me my medicine 2 weeks ago but I had never mentioned this as I was just there to simply pick up the forgotten medicine without an issue. As she continued to speak rudely to me followed by her co worker throwing my medicine on the table and asking if I wanted a receipt I left the building in tears after also being told “maybe next time you should just go to the other CVS”. I’ve never been treated so poorly and I hope this staff gets the help they need. There was 3 ladies working apparently they were ALL managers, watched me cry and talked awful to me. This is seriously something that needs to be looked into and people who treat others like this should not be working in customer service industries and there should be consequences for their actions.

Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience at a pharmacy before. The pharmacists, actually the managers, were extremely rude and condescending. Overall a humiliating experience as they tried to accuse me of being “confused” when I asked to fill one of my prescriptions. She ended up finding my prescription but never apologized and practically threw it at me. The entire interaction left me in tears while they told me to “use a different cvs next time”.

Came to this store at 11:15pm. Door was locked, nobody appeared to be inside, and nobody picked up the phone after over 2 mins. Do yourself a favor and call the store ahead of time if it’s after 10pm.
