After waiting over a week to get my prescriptions transferred to this store, and after 5 phone calls trying to communicate with this staff, I was successfully able to get my prescriptions transferred!!!! They then immediately transferred it back to the original store before they filled it. (why? how does this even happen?) No, the store that was transferring the prescriptions was not at fault - I verified with this CVS MULTIPLE times what I needed transferred and they kept ordering the wrong dose/medication from my original store. I was miffed but still willing to settle because the location was great but after watching a few interactions in store I realized that it isn’t worth it lol.

Rude and condescending pharmacist. Couldn't answer a simple question without being snide and should quite honestly look into working in a new job field if shes so miserable helping people with their prescriptions, as it is quite literally HER ONLY JOB. Disheartening when you're in a moment of distress trying to access medication and simply need to be educated on the process. Not a pleasant experience at all.

It's understaffed which is not great for customers. Now they have people without interpersonal skills manning the drive through. Hopefully she's just having a bad day or hopefully someone will tell her what is acceptable and what is not acceptable for professional customer service. It seems like she has not worked with the public much are is exceedingly shy with a very unwelcoming expression

I had the BEST experience at the CVS on 2411 Landmark Dr Raleigh. The two employees that assisted me was truly amazing. Austin was working on a project but stopped what he was doing to assist me with what I needed and never once made me feel like I was a bother to him. Jam was the cashier that checked me out and she helped me find my extra bucks rewards, and the app explained how it works and what I can use them on. Jam took up so much time with me that I never once felt like I was taken up too much of her time. I live across town from this location so it’s not convenient for me but because of the Service I received from Jam and Austin I will come back to this CVS. Thank you Austin and Jam for your great Customer Service and your professionalism. I appreciate the both of you for your time and kindness. Audrey
