This pharmacy always provides crappy customer service. They helped three other customers who came in after me & they were able to walk out before me. I had to wait for this guy to come back around & hit the process button for my card & hand me my rx last because I was on the other end of the sign in station. Wish there was somewhere else to go other than here or Walgreens/Walmart.

Rude and unprofessional pharmacy staff. The staff rolled the gate down and failed to identify herself after asking her name because she was rude because they were “understaffed and tired of walking back and forth”. They are consistently rude and have poor customer service.The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to!

ROCK QUARRY a month ago

This location was good at first but has gone down quickly and now is no better than the location that closed across from wake med. If you fill your prescriptions here plan to go without your medications on a regular basis.

The worse CVS pharmacy in Raleigh - always long lines, hours sometimes days before your RX is ready, rude staff, poor customer service and understaffed. I stop going to CVS pharmacy and transferred over to Walgreens and wake med outpatient pharmacy no problems

This pharmacist is very rude; and one male at the front desk is more rude than the 1st. If you do not like customer service; get another job. Yall should not talk down to people.
