We came here because another CVS Pharmacy told us this was the only location that had the vaccine. When we walked in, the place was completely empty — literally no customers at all — and they still said they were “busy” and short-staffed and couldn’t give the vaccine. That’s ridiculous. We wasted our time for no reason.

I usually get my medication from the above pharmacy. On two occasions my pills were short so I brought it to the pharmacist attention and he said that's not possible because we count our pills and they are cameras watching, he was rude when I brought it to his attention. I went on the 11-21-24 to pick up two medications and I requested that they please recount them so the young lady called the pharmacist over and told him my request he raised his voice at me and said I am going to do this once only okay, if you are not happy you need to stop coming here and go somewhere else for your medication so I looked at him and smiled, I was on the phone with someone the person asked me why is he speaking to you in that manner. I came from a country in South America where I was brought up with morals and values. I was thought that you treat people the way you want to be treated. I don't know his name and neither do I want to know this rude, racial, arrogant pharmacist name. He should not be working with the public if he is going to speak to customers in that manner. I am going to inform my insurance company about him and CVS because that's where he is employed.

I'm a long-time customer here. My appointment was canceled in error, and they were very apologetic about it and honored my appointment. They are a great crew and I trust them implicitly.

I've been getting my prescriptions filled at this CVS pharmacy since 2019. It's been poorly managed the entire time. The drive-up window is usually closed with a sign that reads "closed due to staffing shortages". Staffing shortages only last as long as companies provide poor working conditions and uncompetitive benefits. Come on CVS. Get it together. Even when the window is open, a 20 minute minimum wait in line is common. The wait inside can be even longer. I've tried to pick up my prescriptions four times this week. Either the pharmacy was closed or had a line 10 people deep. The drive up window has not been open. After four years, I've given up. CVS does not care about this location.
