Everyone is healthcare is busy and overworked. I work in primary care and deal with lots of pharmacies. I was so disappointed when I couldn’t get the help I needed resolving an issue so one of our patients could get their Diabetes medication. Amanda was extremely rude, acted exacerbated that I was taking up any of her time on the phone. She made zero effort to resolve this issue. I was on the phone with this pharmacy for almost an hour throughout the day. Finally we sent to a different pharmacy that was willing to help meet the patient’s needs in about 10-15 minutes with one phone call. I believe Amanda is a pharmacist which made her rude and negative attitude even worse. We all are busy, that is no excuse to be rude and unwilling to help. I left a glowing review for the pharmacy and staff that was willing to help this patient. I hate leaving negative reviews. But her behavior was beyond unprofessional.

Just don’t I try very very hard to not leave negative reviews, the lady in the afternoon is so rude. Two as I tried to ask, multiple times if they can check if my medication had been despensed as per the NC CSRS, but she caught a tude instantly, and said no if the non government controlled body BCBS says that I have gotten my medication then that must go above everything. I absolutely cannot get ahold of my pharmacy to get them to reverse the claim I spent well over 8 hours, on the phone trying to get someone on the phone. I’m still out of meds. Yayyyy! Oh wait… the all knowing agency BCBS says I got my meds! But no we’re not going to check the system by the government, we’re not going to check the system that should be checked before dispensing any controlled, and just take the word of A PRIVATE INSURANCE COMPANY!

I can only give one star because 0 stars are not an option. Went in the ER for chest pains. After 5 hours and no addressing the chest pains. Even had to basically beg for a soda, due to my blood sugar bottoming out. 5 hours and all I got was a lousy Pepsi. NEV WE R GO HERE FOR HEALTHCARE OF ANY KIND. YOU WON'T BE TREATED CORRECTLY!!!!! WakeMed, you will NOT get one cent out of me!!!!!

I have been needing to get my meds refilled, I have request refills on mychart, my health provider has requested refills, and I have even called multiple times to get them refilled. I’ve been told they will be ready in a couple hours and they will give me call, I yet haven’t received a call. It’s been 3 weeks now and I still don’t have my medicine. No matter how many calls I give, I still can’t get my medicine.

This Hospital caters to its employees. The families have to suffer and several ways. Entrances to the hospital are only convenience for the employees. Families whether they're handicapped or not have to walk around the whole building, up and down broken elevators, a lot of time there's no wheelchairs, my family member is in critical condition, and I feel like he's not getting the best care available. Doctors and nurses give you the runaround. But I can say that most of the doctors and all the nurses are super friendly, but they don't give you straight answers, or I asked a straightforward question and I can't get a straightforward answer
