When I came in for my vaccinations the pharmacy happened to be very busy but they got me in and out about as quick as I could have hoped. The pharmacist, an African guy whose name was Robert I think, was very professional and kind hearted. The difference between this visit and my previous attempt at the north hills walgreens was night and day.

I was on hold with your pharmacy today for over an hour and 12 minutes. I could hear the staff pick up the line and immediately put it back on hold repeatedly in order to avoid it showing as a call waiting to be answered. I was calling because I have two prescriptions sent in at the same time. One has been ready so long that you have sent me text messages to confirm that I am still planning to pick it up. I definitely am, but I would like to pick up both at the same time and there is no explanation as to why the second one is not ready. Hence why I sat on hold for an hour and 12 minutes just to be hung up on.

These 5 star reviews with no comments have to be left by employees or relatives, have had nothing but horrible experiences here. Called at 3pm after submitting a refill on the app, was told everything would be ready today. I later call twice at 6:00pm, on hold 20 minutes for the call to drop the first time, then another 20 the second time.. only for them to say I didn’t have any refills on file and that my doctor had to send more. I spent the next 15-20 minutes arguing with staff about how I had one on file when I requested today at 3pm. The pharmacist is foreign and you cannot understand him when he speaks and he was unclear about how we were going to resolve this. I then had to show up in person and pressure them to figure out what was going on. After waiting another 45 minutes in person, wouldn’t you know it!? … I do have a refill on file like I said the entire time , and they were able to fill it. Incompetent staff. Horrible. I m finally leaving Walgreens for good.

Just had my Covid vaccination and the pharmacy tech that gave me the shot (Marisa)was Awesome. She was super nice and was very Professional - I Barely felt it. Afterwards, it was nice that the manager, Crystal, came out to chat with me and ask how I was doing. I can tell she Definitely CARES about her employees and the customers. The store itself is one of the cleanest I’ve been in -and I’ve been to a lot of them all over the country. So an extra gold star ⭐️for all members of the staff for taking Pride in their work and their workplace. I must say it was Overall a great experience! -RDJ

There is no point in making an online appointment, the software will not check if that vaccine is in stock at that location. In addition, they offer a QR code to check into your appointment . It says they will call your name when they are ready, but they never will.
