This place is truly awful. I don’t write this lightly. For as much business as they see, they need to invest in better management. I just stood in line for 40 mins, which I had called when they opened 2.5 hrs earlier for my prescription to be filled - she said “I can have it filled in 30 mins”. While waiting in line (bc their drive thru was closed), a line of 14 deep and growing, of the 8 people who were seen while I was standing there, only 1 walked away with their entire order ready and filled. Everyone else either 1. Didn’t have the prescription filled at all - multiple people explained the pharmacy had their prescription and didn’t understand why it hadn’t been filled, despite it being there for days. 2. Or only half of their order was filled. And one poor man needed his heart medication and they were sending him away, despite him having proof it was sent there days ago. Not to mention, the gal who checked me out had the most attitude. But more importantly, she did not seal my son’s medication, so it leaked out. I could tell she treated it carelessly while filling it. Unprofessional, sloppy, disorganized, and unsafe.

Pharmacy is awful. It only gets two stars because the rest of the store is okay. But the pharmacy, ridiculous. Long wait times. Prescription issues. Always out of meds. The app will say ready then go to pick up and it’s not ready. I switched to Costco now. Literally go to Costco, Walmart or the Hayes Barton pharmacy. You’ll save time by making the drive!

The worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. And I mean it's consistently bad. I don't know what is going on in that place, who runs it, manages it, etc. Between the long wait times, the bad attitudes, the totally confusing delivery system, it's a mess. And I've officially changed pharmacies.

We would like to give a special shout out to the pharmacist Makayla! (fingers crossed that is the correct spelling of her name) What a wonderful woman who went above and beyond her duties! My husband forgot to pack his critical blood pressure medication while on our short vacation out of town. Makayla was dedicated in assisting us and getting the emergency medicine to my husband from our hometown pharmacy. She even helped us with a discount! Our wait time was minimal given the circumstances. Makayla is so patient, kind and very understanding. It is our hope that this feedback will reach her and her team! We Thank You all and God Bless!

I rarely review any place but my patience has reached the end on this one over the last couple of years. Today after an hour and a half at the store, I finally left frustrated without my prescription or my flu shot (which I scheduled ahead of time).
