I had my medicine transferred to Wellness Pharmacy and Compounding Center because my previous pharmacy continued to disappoint me. I am so grateful to WPCC because their staff has been so genuinely helpful. As a current college student, it is not only extremely convenient being able to have my medicine shipped to me wherever I am in NC, for no extra charge, but I no longer have to worry about running out of my medicine. WPCC is more than just a pharmacy, but they’re a team of professionals who genuinely care for and understand the needs of each patient who comes in. I’d recommend WPCC to anyone who is exhausted with the shenanigans of big pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens!

0 stars ....Terrible communication ... this outfit seems to struggle with efficiency and effectiveness.... I got a call today from one of their staff.... I commented to her that I was transferring my script to Walgreens (IKR) due to lack of adequate communication from Wellness Pharm.... Her reply was; OK! Called ended... (thus this review seemed necessary) .... I find it way too "OK" for such a nonchalant response from a Pharmacy, The outfit that handles my scripts needs to be accountable! Not just "OK" Seems I fair better elsewhere and Wellness Pharmacy is obviously well aware of their incompetence or lack thereof....Sure didn't seem to concern the staff that I was taking my business somewhere else... Customer Service anyone? Huh! What's that.... omg Smh

I purchased a nebulizer, prescribed by my doctor. It is a piece of junk. The bulb leaks badly and the tube keeps falling off. So I have to wrap a cloth around it to absorb the wasted fluid and hold onto the tube at the same time. All while dealing with a 102.7° fever. I'm too sick to go back to return it but steer clear of this place. The guy who handled the transaction moved like a snail and when I wanted to see what I was buying outside of the box, he simply said it's a desktop, plug in model. Huh. Like that told me anything. I will never deal with them again and will let my doctor know how bad they were.

They are very responsive and have been very helpful in getting me my prescriptions fast. I love that I can get it delivered and I love that I’m supporting a local business.

Cheri at Blue Ridge is awesome. She is very helpful answering all my questions in a delightful manor. Eye drop prescription is hard to fill, she helps us all the time. Great experience.
