I am a huge fan of this pharmacy let me clarify, what I am not a fan of is one particular lady I've spoken on the phone twice and was excessively and unnecessarily rude and short with me. She really needs to take a moment and realize that without customers she has no job, and the entire reason she's there is to help people who are concerned with their health and may have a few questions, and not act like she's doing them a favor by speaking to them. I really wish I could maintain the high rating I gave but due to my interactions with her I have to change my rating. Which I hate because everyone else is so great. But she is a representative of the company and that holds weight.

Best pharmacy in Cleveland! Always picked up the phone, was patient with me, and gave me the help that I needed. They are very kind individuals working there. I switched from Walgreens and so happy that I did.

Worst costumer services ever!!!.Great prices poor customer .Delivery service is always late they will tell you it will be delivered on a certain day and be delivered 1-2 days later.. Communication is key and that is something that they do not do if they work on communicating with their customers it will be a great service and I can give them a 4 or 5 star until then I only give them a two star. They do have good potential.
