They really suck answering the phone otherwise their service is good again but the answer ing their phone really horrible

I had terrible service at this place. My wife’s prescription wasn’t gathered. They said they would call me when it was ready but got no call. I had to call them only to find out that they won’t except my military insurance, but they couldn’t tell me that when I drove up there earlier. They just sent me home and said they would call me when prescription was ready. They wouldn’t check my insurance info when I offered since I was there 🤔. When I called them an hour before they closed is when they ask about my insurance and didn’t have my prescription ready because they didn’t have the insurance info. Not to mention that they all seemed confused. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Super friendly staff. Always have prescriptions ready and friendly fast home delivery.

Thank You for being my pharmacy. I Appreciate It. Especially the service of getting the prescriptions delivered to myself if I'm unable to get there by public transportation system. They're getting much slower on delivering the medications to myself. They keep on changing the days to me. Their suggestions don't apply to me. They can keep their suggestions to themselves. They could try harder to work with myself and my doctors about all of my medications. Especially when some of the medications are needing to be pre approved.

A couple of years ago, I HONESTLY TRULY LIKED THIS PHARMACY AND THE OWNERS AND STAFF.THIS PAST YEAR HOWEVER, I FEEL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS SOME HELP AND THIS IS ALL I WILL SAY FOR NOW BECAUSE THIS PLACE STILL HAS THE POTENTIAL TO SOME DAY SOON I HOPE AND PRAY RETURN BACK TO BEING A ROCK SOLID PHARMACY... THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AND ANYONE WHO TOOK THE TIME TO READ MY REVIEWS. I DO HONESTLY MEAN WELL...
