CVS downtown Cleveland is always very helpful and friendly. I also find new products there that are not in other stores.

Not enough employees, store clearly not well managed. The whole place is a mess.

A ran a year ago

Thought it was inconvenient not to have bags. Didn't know about the plastic bag ban till much later. I think it pays off, the city looked so clean!

The pharmacist are the rudest people I’ve ever met in any setting, in my entire life. “I will speak to you when I speak to you.” Ive never seen young women this angry. How can you be pregnant and mean. Tonight we were yelled at for speaking. I did not return fire to the three women. This will be my last trip there. They are grossly angry, rude, impatient, and need to be trained immediately. I’m grateful that it was myself picking up my mother’s meds, and not my mother. Why are the male pharmacist nice? On a scale of 1-10, these women are at a 39 in anger. They do not need to work with people ever!!!

Ms. Tyra went above and beyond for me and my spouse when one of their machines was down she was heading elsewhere saw our need and instantly assisted me thank you so much for being a great help!
