Considering the CVS on Clifton and W.117th is one of - if not the only - 24 hour pharmacy on the West Side, I was pleasantly surprised when the clerk helped me download a coupon for my daughter's - much needed inhaler. Health Care is stressful and confusing so it's nice that this pharmacy runs so smoothly.

Picking up prescriptions is always a nightmare . Very long wait because of understaffing. I use CVS only because prescriptions can be transferred between locations otherwise I would seek a privately owned pharmacy.

Don’t be discouraged by the negative reviews! Genuinely have never had less than a delightful experience here. Maybe it’s the time of day? Unclear, but I’ve only had positive experiences with all pharmacists.

Had a weird situation here with a dropped ball on their part but ultimately the pharmacist team was great and they did their research and resolved the problem. Great team here.
