The staff here have got to be the most incompetent people I’ve ever come across in the customer service industry, especially the evening staff. Time after time I come in here for the same service and it’s always something. System is down, made up rules that don’t apply at other Walgreens, or the staff member can’t comprehend what I’m saying or what is going on. It doesn’t matter much in the grand scheme of things but I promise you I will never set foot in this Walgreens again.

Have REPEAT challenges getting a prescription refilled. When trying to understand what is going wrong here, I was treated incredibly rudely at the pharmacy. Every time I’d ask a clarifying question she would say “are you gonna let me FINISH?!?” When I pointed her attitude doesn't fit a customer service role, the Associate escalated the situation and even threatened to withhold filling my prescription. Wouldn’t provide refill instructions and looked me right in the eyes & walked away from me. Unbelievable.

5 stars for Angel the cashier who is an Angel! 1 star for management of this location that almost always makes their customers walk past a gauntlet of panhandlers hanging right outside of the entrance. Would be nice if they gave them a little food and a drink and told them to get on their way, but anyway, they need to tell them to get on their way. Can't stand businesses that allow their customers to be hassled in order to get some extra sales from the money their customers gave the beggars. Hire a security guard. Walton family can afford it!

Sadly this store has gone down hill. Always with rude workers at the pharmacy, just today I went to get my daughter prescription, it was lunch time (totally fine) there is a sign that states their lunch… BUT today when the lunchtime was over a really RUDE lady worker came out and said…. “You guys come walk aroumd the store WE ARE TAKING 30 more MINUTES “ are you kidding me!!!!!! Not only was she nasty and rude but do you guys think we have time tO WALK AROUND just cuz you guys want to take a longer lunch!!!!! Where the heck is management at!!!! Mo accountability what so ever!!!!

Incredibly awful pharmacy. Staff is nice enough (most of the time), but they’re severely understaffed (or lack ability, who knows). Have not filled my prescription for weeks, got it switched to cvs and it’s filled in 2 hours. Constantly do not have the medication you need, take days or weeks to fill, will cancel refills due to small errors and won’t tell you, do not communicate with each other, no sense of urgency. My boyfriend got his flu medication sent here and they told him it’d be ready in a few days because they’re understaffed… Flu meds needs to be taken in the first 24-48 hours to be effective. He had to call multiple times to get them to finally fill it that evening. They have continuously cancelled and then delayed my medication for a month now. Highly do not recommend if you plan on adhering to your medication regimen.
