Gifthealth was great! Easy to understand and navigate. My customer service rep Kieran G. was prompt in her responses and helped me to complete my prescription order. She was absolutely wonderful. I was truly impressed with the chat service and professionalism. They were incredibly kind and attentive.

Called and spoke to Liam about having an email copy of my upcoming colonoscopy prep sheets. He was very thorough and helpful and professional in his assistance to me. He sent me the prep sheets I needed quickly and was very knowledgeable at his job. Kudos to Liam!!

Chat was easy to access and wait time was moderate. Pharrell G was friendly and informative. Not so sure about the actual billing since when questioned about the original price, which I assume was cash payer, the price was immediately reduced to reflect an insurance payment. I was not asked to provide any form of insurance information however.. It is unclear how the company secured that information, or if they even use it. Now we await shipment of the script.
