V - 4 months agoAbsolutely the best pharmacy I or my family has ever used. And for more than a decade now it is the only Pharmacy that we use. Chris is super friendly very very knowledgeable and willing to go out of his way to help just about anyone who needs it. He cares for his customers and looks after them like he's a doctor himself. I had two doctors in a week give me conflicting information on my meds just this week and I immediately called Chris for an answer on what directions I should follow hahaha family-owned and operated!
Jennifer Lloyd 3 months agoChris recently went way above and beyond in helping me, for which I'm eternally grateful. He's professional, caring, skilled and extremely devoted to his customers & employees. Did I mention he's totally committed to his calling? I've, also, had very good experiences with each staff member that I've encountered. I always look forward to dropping in because they feel like family. Meds are filled in a very timely manner, too.
Ceaira Halley 5 months agoLove Chris’s pharmacy the whole staff is so welcoming and friendly! Love that they were open during snow storm to be there when emergencies happen! You feel like a part of the family when they are always there for you and family! Highly recommend switching your family to this local establishment! 10/10 service, staff, medication needs. They also carry Russell stover chocolate and local soaps and candles and some household products, and a toy selection to get your kiddos feeling better quick!
June Baby 2 months agoI have been a loyal customer of Chris Express Drug for many years and have always appreciated the friendly, community-oriented service and the important role the pharmacy plays in our local area. Recently, I noticed some discrepancies between the medication I actually received and what the pharmacy system records show for my ADHD medication. I am including only the relevant screenshots of my Methylphenidate 40 mg entries (with all personal information blocked out) to document this clearly. These include two different app screens and a photo of the physical bottle label. In one app entry, it shows: METHYLPHENID 40MG CD CAPS Generic For: METADATE CD 40MG With a photo of two capsules: one beige/white imprinted “M 1840 40 mg”. Details include Date Last Filled: 02/26/2026, Day Supply: 30, Directions: TAKE 1 CAPSULE BY MOUTH EVERY MORNING. The physical bottle I received has a label that matches this exactly (Methylphenidate CD 40MG CD CAPS, with the same directions and the beige/white “M 1840” capsules visible). In another app entry for the same strength: METHYLPHENID 40MG ER With a photo of two solid yellow capsules imprinted “G 40mg 015”. It shows Date Last Filled: On File, Day Supply: 30, Directions: TAKE 1 CAPSULE BY MOUTH EVERY MORNING. MAX DAILY AMOUNT: 40 MG. I have consistently received and used only the beige/white “M 1840” capsules (the CD / controlled-delivery version with the specific 30% immediate-release / 70% extended-release bead mixture), except for one single fill right when the prescription notation changed to the broader “ER.” The yellow “G 40mg 015” version uses a different granule/pellet delivery system. The difference in how the medication feels and releases throughout the day is noticeable to me. These two entries appear in the same app under my account, yet one labels it CD with the matching beige/white capsules I receive (and a specific fill date of 02/26/2026), while the other labels it ER with the yellow capsules I have not received (except that one time) and shows “On File” instead of an actual fill date. The dates and fill status do not fully align with the physical product and my experience. Usually my app has always shown a clear “Date Last Filled” no matter what — this “On File” behavior and the mismatched labeling between CD and ER is something I had never seen before. I have other examples of similar inconsistencies in my records as well, but I prefer not to share my full medication list or additional details publicly. Chris is aware of my concerns regarding a possible conflict with a tech involved in this experience. Even if this is simply a system or data-entry error (and not related to any specific situation), it could potentially affect other patients who might not notice subtle differences in capsule color, imprint codes (“M 1840” vs “G 40mg 015”), or how the medication performs — or who might not feel comfortable advocating for a closer review of their chart. Pharmacies are extremely busy, and small technical or record-keeping glitches can happen from time to time. Since I switched pharmacies, these specific issues have completely stopped. I was exhausted from having to switch, but I’ve removed myself from the problem and found my own solution. I’m sharing this review (with the attached blocked screenshots) not to damage the business — Chris Express Drug has served the community well for a long time — but to create a clear, timestamped public record that helps protect patient safety and the pharmacy’s reputation for reliable, accurate record-keeping. & legal purposes
Dorthy Garrett 3 months agoKara ( hope I have that right). I have recently started using Chris' express and if it wasn't for Kara( please be right) I would still be struggling with portals and unfortunately my dr office to get 2 meds that I've needed in over a week. They hadn't filled it yet. So I couldn't just Call in a refill! I Love my new pharmacy staff and look forward to learning names after all you wear it proud on your badge!
