Rebekah 2 years agoI’m in a SNF unit that uses this pharmacy for service. They’ve had nothing but problems with getting meds for me since I’ve been here and today was the last straw for me. The 1st day it took over 24hrs to get my meds here. This pharmacy is just down the road. The orders went in right away. The pharmacy just didn’t process them for hours and then didn’t get them here for hours more. After this anytime something was added or changed it was the same thing, over 24hr turnaround. Today my pain meds were ordered in plenty of time 3 times actually. Now, they’re here, but they’ve been retimed so I have to wait another 2 hrs to get them. I’m dying of bone cancer and this is unconscionable. Worst pharmacy ever!!!
Jennifer Bible 3 years agoCost of meds is 4-5x more than just being able to get meds from Walmart/CVS or GoodRX. Also if try to change to someone else then facility charges you a fee for no reason to use someone else so Walt’s paying more on meds for elderly who are already in tight budgets. Very disappointed
