Roger is the best!! Great customer service and very knowledgeable about the store and the photo section at Walgreens! He came in clutch with helping me with my prints and canvas creation!! He is the guy to see when at this location!! 5-star for him alone!!

The pharmacy techs here are genuinely great — every interaction I've had has been excellent. Unfortunately the pharmacy was closed on a Wednesday afternoon when I came to pick up a prescription, and I was told hiring has been an ongoing issue. Hoping corporate invests in this location because the team they do have deserves the support, and the neighborhood needs a working pharmacy.

Stopped by this morning to do some printing, and I met Roger, and he made everything so easy. The WG app is a little confusing for printing docs, but he walked me through it. He was so genuinely welcoming and in a good mood. Taking a little sourness out of the world forsure. Also saw/heard Roger help other people in the store with the same attitude. Just great help and vibes for my Saturday morning. Thanks Roger!

In May, a tattooed male pharmacist at 23rd & Classen gave me grief about getting my Covid booster. He told me the new vaccine would be released within the next two weeks (it came out in Oct) so i shouldn’t boost. I had to push back for five minutes before he agreed to boost me (I am >65 & have asthma). Then he made me wait for 15 minutes before giving me my shot while he did other things. My husband scheduled an appt in mid-Sept to get the new update. The same pharmacist refused to boost him because he’s four mos shy of age 65. He lied and said the system would not allow him to enter his data. Husband then went to a CVS, where he was boosted with no questions asked & in/out in five minutes. Walgreens, why do you employ an anti-vax, anti-science pharmacist? He is not abiding by our doctor’s care and is refusing to dispense vaccines based on his misguided political beliefs. We will not patronize this pharmacy again as long as he remains in your employment.

I avoid Walmart. Thought I would give another big box store a chance. ZERO pharmacy help. People on the phone but the other two employees ignored me. Asked a random stocker for help. She did help me and EVERY BOX of Vicks has been opened by someone!! Won't be back.
