This is pharmacy should be closed down. How they gonna tell me that my prescriptions aren’t even ready yet. It’s been 26 hours since I talked to them. I went to my appointment yesterday and they sent my prescriptions over before I left the office. I go to the doctor in kingfisher. And when got to the city I waited 2 hours before I even went up. But I called them at 6:30 to check on them the pharmacist told be ready at 8:00. Lie. Came at 8:00 & I flipped out on them because I just couldn’t understand why my stuff wasn’t ready. The chic told me to come in and I said it’s drive thru for a reason. As u see I still haven’t got my medication… Walgreens pharmacy is is horrible im going to Walmart going forward. If I could do double 00

Had my vaccines there and was pleased with the experience. I have found that if you make your appointment around mid morning during the week, there are no long lines and the wait time is minimal.

This review is for Kyle (pharmacy tech) who was confrontational and unprofessional from the jump during my visit. I’m not sure what set him on edge but he could benefit from some deep breathing and customer service training. He was being so rude so I asked for his name. He told me and then turned to his boss and said sarcastically, “I guess I’m in trouble.” His boss didn’t correct him so I called him out on it and told him he was being unprofessional and rude. Let’s not be passive aggressive, Kyle. Im standing right here. The entire encounter was wild to me and so out of left field. Like, it’s 10:30 at night and I’m just trying to get home, bud. If you need a hug, just say that. There are better ways to get a hit of dopamine! I started videoing after this and he admitted to saying it and doubled down and said he doesn’t think he’s being unprofessional. 👀 Okay, Kyle. It’s really not hard to treat paying customers with a bit of compassion and kindness. I can get my prescriptions filled anywhere! I chose to come here. I won’t make that mistake again. Sheesh! 😅

Six months ago in the spring, when my father was dying, I had the most horrible confrontational interaction with the pharmacy staff at this Walgreens. The pharmacy tech seemed on the verge of coming over the counter to fight me, as I am pleading with them to fill a 48hrs old prescription for my suffering parent. As I left, I loudly said that everyone there should be fired. I complained to corporate. I just left this Walgreens today, and had an absolutely perfect customer service experience from a cheerful pharmacy staff who were all hustling to do great work. I waited a very reasonable amount of time. I was thanked for my business at the pharmacy counter and at the front counter as I exited. Whomever is in charge of this location and all their staff deserve five stars. Thank you.

Needed one insulin syringe was told it wasn’t ready because there were a hundred people ahead of me, said I would wait and was told the closed in 27 mins at this 24hr location. You can see the hundred people ahead of me in the photo.
