They deleted my review for this pharmacy. I’m a disabled Veteran who takes a lot of different medications. This pharmacy never has my medications. Someone keeps canceling my prescriptions up there. It’s happened with all my controlled medications. It’s like they don’t want you to have your medication. They literally told me today that my doctor canceled the prescription. Blaming my doctor for it. I contacted my doctor and guess what, my doctor never canceled it. Then I inform Walgreens about this and I had to complain enough to have the lady talk to the pharmacist. 20 seconds later, magically they come back to the phone and say “it will be ready in 1 hour”… guess what. They are closed now and it never got filled. I constantly call them about my medications and then I’m told they have to order them. Well they keep saying that to me about the same medications. They admit to not ordering them when it happens when I call to ask if it’s ready yet. I’m suffering because Walgreens Pharmacy. I have to go without my medication last month for a month! It was a pain medication that my doctor sent over to them and they kept giving me excuses. They want me to hurt. Something needs to change quickly. I informed my doctor and he couldn’t believe it. Then Walgreens Pharmacy fills medications I don’t even take . After telling them I’m on a different medication now. Really?! After my current scripts are filled and I actually have them, I’ll NEVER go back to this pharmacy. They don’t care about you. It’s obvious at this point. The last 3 days I was told my medication will be ready in an hour but then it never gets filled. I’m on day 3 going on to day 4 tomorrow. We will see what happens with this…

Walgreens is just about the worst pharmacy nowadays. They bought up all the little family own stores around here in 2000's and now all their stores are losing money so they are terrible at everything they do. They don't have most medications and it takes them 4 hours to fill anything. The customer service is terrible and they NEVER answer the phone, and when they do it will be after a 29 minute wait. Save yourself a headache and find a mom and pop shop like it once was before Walgreens moved in and ruined the market. Be best.

Incomplete and delayed prescriptions the last few times that I've been here, despite the doctor calling them in 6 hours before I picked them up. Told to wait 10 minutes for them to finish every time, but it usually ends up being longer. You guys need a couple of more people on your pharmacy staff whose job is only to pull orders. It's a disorganized madhouse back there.. Also, someone whose job it is to answer the phone. Don't bother calling this location, as they never answer. This is a problem with management and staffing, not with the people who are currently working there, who are polite and trying their best. There simply needs to be more of them, and they need to be better organized. Step it up Walgreens before you start to lose customers to better staffed pharmacies. Update: I just went to pick up some prescription eye drops and was told that it would be at least a half an hour wait, and that they only had one order puller working today.. There were 7 people back there. What were the other 6 doing? And it was just eye drops. No counting pills or mixing anything, just grab the bottle of drops off of the shelf and ring it up. Unbelievable. The person helping me was apologetic and nice, but this pharmacy is still a disorganized madhouse.

Ive been using this pharmacy for 20 years and they are awesome! Today the lead pharmacist went out of his way for 30 minutes to get my coupon working so that I could afford my medication. That took so much stress off this chronically ill low income person. I appreciate him more than he will ever know!! The staff is always kind, caring, patient, and so hard working in the face of long lines and high volume.

Overall they do a pretty good job. But don’t rely on the automated service they provide on calling to let you know if a refill is available. Someone needs to fix their automated phone service if they are going to call and leave messages at least get it right. I have to call to get my refills and every time the automated phone service calls me back and tells me the prescription was denied by my doctor so I got without my medication for a couple of days then I call Walgreens back and check and it’s ready for pickup. It’s a little frustrating to say the least. At least call when the prescription is ready for pickup if your going to leave a message saying it was denied a refill when it wasn’t denied. 🙄
