When I called to check about my prescription Audra told me it would be ready that day and before I could get there I got a text that it was ready. That was fast. Audra is always very friendly and helpful. The girl checking out my prescription in the drive thru was very friendly and fast also. Good people and service.

Sometimes drive thru can be a long wait. They are not open 24hrs anymore. Pharmacy closes at 6. I like the app because it makes it easy to do medication pickup. Just give them your drive thru code and you are good to go.

Great shopping and pharmacy pickup experience at my local CVS. The staff are friendly and helpful. And there's often have a great stock and deals on Haagen-Dazs ice creams.

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy in Tulsa. I’ve tried multiple times to give them a chance to do better, but they don’t. I went into the pharmacy on a Tuesday to refill a prescription and was told it had to be ordered. The gentleman that ordered it said it would be in either Wednesday or Thursday. I received a text on Thursday that the prescription was in and being filled. I went into an hour later and spoke to the same gentleman who went and looked and said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I told him I was going to run an errand and come back. During that time I received a text that the medication had to be ordered and I would get a notification when it arrived. I called and actually spoke to the same gentleman asking if he actually ordered it on Tuesday. He would not answer the question. I asked him specifically why he told me it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes after going to look for the prescription if it wasn’t actually there. He would not answer the question, therefore I asked him if he just blatantly lied to me about what he said he saw. He then blamed CVS for the problem, which is pretty disappointing that he threw his own company under the bus instead of admitting that he didn’t actually verify the prescription was being processed or that he ordered it. I will transfer this prescription and never give CVS my business again. I will tell everyone how horrible this company is. There is ZERO customer care at this location. When I told him I would cancel it, he then hung up on me. This is very disappointing and CVS should be ashamed of how they treat people.

CVS is by far the worst pharmacy service I've ever used. They are very slow. I hate that I order to get the best price on prescriptions my health insurance uses them. I will never complain about the wait at Wal-Mart pharmacy again. I miss you Wal-Mart.
