My review on frankies pharmacyI would not recommend this place. Wednesday,when I left my doctor's office arriving before 3 pm. to drop a compound prescription. Was to by the pharmacy technician that my prescription would be ready by closing on Friday. Friday came i could to check on my prescription. I was informed it would be ready till Monday. I asked why it wasn't ready when a tech said it would be ready Friday. The pharmacy technician got on the phone and said the problem was someone called in. The prescription was there for 4 hours on Wednesday, all day Thursday and Friday. I said, "This isn't my fault she said, "What do you want to do?" I said, "Have it have it ready before the closed. She said I didn't say it was your fault and what I wanted to do again. I said it should have been a priority. She informed she could make it a priority on Monday. After that, I said I wanted my refund and my prescription paper. When I arrived 30 minutes when I hung up from the phone call. They did have my refund ready but not the paper for my prescription. Good thing I've checked the bag before I left the parking lot. I will not use this pharmacy again. Also recommend to everyone not to use this pharmacy.

The Pharmacy may be ok but the honesty of the mobility scooter rental side isn’t. They said they had a heavy duty scooter to rent. So I reserved it earlier in the week for the weekend. Well when I go to pick it up, it’s not heavy duty n I have no time or any other places to rent from because they’ve all been rented out. So I’m stuck with this one. You have to pay $350 up front and whatever days you don’t use, they’ll refund you, at $45 a day. So now I’m out $200+ for a scooter I didn’t get the full use out of. Thanks for the waist of time and money FreeLand!!

I've recently learned about their delivery service. Their driver was obviously high on something. It's just disappointing after all the years that me and my family have used this pharmacy to see how far they've fallen from the mark. I would strongly recommend picking up your meds. They can't tell me that their driver was sober minded. One look is all it took for us.

One of the most unprofessional family owned business i have ever seen and met in my life! They need to work better on management and use communication across the whole pharmacy instead of " some here and there "!

Its obviously a busy place, the one young lady, blondish, acted aggravated by everyone she interacted with. Just take a breath, your customers don't necessarily want to be there, they need help and consideration. Maybe she was having a rough day, but, people don't come to a pharmacy for a good time. I was there picking up something after getting my son from the hospital.
