A very friendly and helpful pharmacy.Anna is an excellent pharmacist and has been a Godsend to me and my family. Diane and Michael always greet you by your name and are always helpful. The staff is top notch.

The store has a medication drop off and the pharmacy, more specifically Alexis, helped me through that process. The pharmacy seems to really care about their patients and retail isn't for the faint of heart. Keep up the great work pharmacy 15782! Thank you for your kindness 🙏

Took almost 24 hours to fill simple prescription. When I went to pick it up there were 13 people waiting in line to get prescriptions. May have to start going somewhere else.

Further follow up 9.28.25; ran to get a script decided to get a flu shot because it was very slow. One person sitting and waiting for a script, no one shopping up front. Lovely friendly helpful gal in the pharmacy tells me she needs to check on the flu shot; pharmacist then tells her they aren’t taking any flu shot orders after 5. Starting today. It was 5 or 10 mins after 5. I give up on this store no matter the ease of location. The management of this pharmacy goes from bad to worse and then back again and has for years. Random arbitrary openings and closings and various “rules” and “policies” that aren’t posted anywhere. Following up on my review two years ago; Walgreens 12 month rolling profit published May 2025 was roughly 26B. Twenty six billion dollars yet this store still needs big improvement in the way they hire, manage and treat people. I used to think it was mainly the local staff doing a terrible job until I realized it was systemic and impacts this store dramatically. Small store, small staff, huge demand, big problem; not clear who is responsible overall but they need to up their game. The pharmacy closes randomly and then takes forever to “catch up” as recently as this past Labor Day. I went in twice in one day and again on another to pick up a script. Very long lines in the pharmacy and two very overworked young ladies caused me to leave each time. I went in the following evening to find that the pharmacy was (again) closed and asked the young man at the front counter when was their slow time (so I could perhaps come back then). He told me they had been behind all week since they were closed on Labor Day……? I live walking distance so it’s a real pain to go somewhere else but I have been arguing with myself that may be the better choice…..sadly.

I called the pharmacy at 11:30.am this morning and spoke with the pharmacist who.said my.prescription would be ready after 2 pm. This evening, at approximately 6:30 I stopped by to pick it up and was told it wasn't ready because they didn't have the prescription in stock. I never got a computerized phone call or text message that they were out of the prescription. This pharmacy sucks.
