I went in today not knowing where to find anything, and a young man named Tequan went above and beyond to help me locate everything I needed. He was friendly, professional, and made my shopping experience much easier. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Walgreens. I came in simply trying to purchase bonus cards for my team, something that should have been quick and straightforward. Instead, it turned into one of the most unprofessional interactions I’ve ever had. The final card I purchased was charged to my account, but when I asked for the actual card, Audrey/Aubrey became incredibly rude and hostile. Rather than resolving the issue, she cut the card up right in front of me. Her behavior only escalated from there. she was degrading, dismissive, and actually told me to “grow up” while signaling for me to leave the store. I was treated with zero respect as a paying customer. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable, especially when handling customers’ money. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.

This is an extremely busy store, you may be on hold for hours, BUT the Pharmacy staff are amazing and fill everything I need, no questions asked. I love how the store is 24 hours and the Pharmacy is open late!!! There is good reasons why its so busy, they are the best!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this pharmacy. I was told by the pharmacist that my child’s prescription would be ready after 10:45 p.m. This location previously operated 24 hours, so there was no indication that pickup would be an issue. When I arrived, I learned the pharmacy closes at 11:00 p.m., leaving only a 15-minute window with no warning. As a result, my child was unable to receive their prescribed medication and must now wait until 8:00 a.m. the following morning—while I am at work. This situation was entirely preventable with clear and responsible communication. Giving a pickup time so close to closing, especially for a child’s prescription, is unacceptable. Access to medication should not be compromised by poor communication or lack of consideration. This experience reflects a serious breakdown in customer care, and I hope management addresses this to prevent it from happening to other families.

I come in often as I DoorDash so I shop a lot for people and take photos of the shelves. Today I had to use the restroom and I have a severe allergy certain soaps so I carry my own hand sanitizer so I don’t have a reaction. Well one of your employees was waiting for me to get done and when I came out she made a remark about me not washing my hands and the rest of my time there was just uncomfortable. Do better. You don’t know me.
